School Yoga
So my school has zero hour yoga. I have to wake up 2 hours before I NORMALLY wake up and do yoga/pilate courses. I'd have to admit it is fun and all but I see no beneficial way it helps lucid dreaming. My sisters friend told me that meditation helps, such as yoga. I'm not sure if I should plug in my Zune and listen to subliminal binaural beats while performing in these classes, because it is soo early in the morning that it may be pointless.
Anyone else know if Yoga helps dreaming?

Yoga helps you focus inward and calm the mind, just like meditation, so I see no reason why it shouldn't help lucid dreaming. You could take the morning yoga class, then lucid dream in an afternoon nap (or, well, any time you can actually sleep and dream).

Yoga, tai chi and many other body practices are basically walking meditation. Controlling your mind is the key in all things you do, lucid dreaming is not an exception. I personally don't want to hear anything if I meditate, but I quess it is just preference.

We should take the serious steps to motivate the person in the school age because its really a good time when you grow very rapidly. Because in this age all the children are in the teen age.
