Slight stretching somewhere in chest when I look down

Well, when I look down and right at the same time, I feel a stretch either on my chest or upper back, can't tell which (on the side where my heart isn't). It gets annoying when I'm reading a book or doing assignments. When I look down and left that doesn't happen. Sometimes the stretch feels like I'm about to tear something.I just woke up one morning when my family and I were in a hotel and when we were in the car, I noticed it.

Can anyone tell me what this is and how I can get rid of it?

When I get pains like that, I normally do stretches to loosen up the tension in whatever area is bothering me (e.g. yoga).

If that doesn't work and it still bothers you, you should see a professional.
