Easy ways to avoid processed foods?

Hey guys, I'm wondering if folks have some good meal ideas for someone who wants to eat healthy, unprocessed foods, but honestly doesn't have time to cook very often. I'm always on the run.

Anyone have some delicious suggestions? Just to quantify, assume the time constraint looks something like:

      - I've got maybe 10-15 minutes in the morning to make breakfast (I can make a pretty good omelette, but something healthy to go alongside it would be nice - I usually make a nice and strong ginger tea, and some instant oatmeal, and I want to replace the oatmeal with something better).

      - I've got maybe 10-15 minutes to cook in the evening. It's not that I don't have more time, just that I don't feel motivated to spend longer on it haha. During that time, I can make a pretty awesome chicken caesar, if I've pre-cooked the chicken.

      - If I hope to not eat out for lunch during the week, I'll usually cook lunches in advance. You can assume I have about 1 hour during the weekend to get that done and tupperware it for future workday consumption.

So, what are your favourite healthy + delicious + quick meals that are from unprocessed foods?

Im in kind of a similar predicament as yourself so lately I have been doing this: Buy a couple soup broths(or make your own) and mucho veggies and make a big pot of soup. Its healthy, will last you for about a week and when you are in a rush just pop it in the microwave and put it in a thermos. Also sometimes I will make burritos with beans, veggies and rice and freeze them so I can just microwave them and take it on the go. Also I like cooking veggies(onions, bellpeppers, garlic, eggplant, etc) on the skillet and adding chickpeas, curry, saracha sauce and put it all in a big pocket pita so I can eat it will I ride my bike to school/work. It looks like this but less fancy:

For lunch, a good salad is quick and easy, just cut up a bunch of delicious crap and mix it with some leaves.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

Next time you see a deer shoot it. Get it processed. Done!

Go out in your yard. Pick dandelions. Done!

Smoothies. Use whatever fruit you've got around the house, some yogurt and milk and Sh-Bam! Hard to go wrong. You can get more experimentative and healthy, using a small amount of water instead of milk and adding spinach if you get hardcore (you actually can't really taste the spinach anyway).

As for the oatmeal, oatmeal is healthy, just not the instant packages and seriously plain oats with fruit and nuts is basically as quick and doesn't have all the crap that the packaged stuff does.

Breakfast: boiled eggs, omlette, oats (NOT instant oatmeal - which is not healthy at all - just plain oats with lowfat milk or water)
Lunch, dinner, snacks: chicken (chicken breast has the best nutritional value), fruits (don't overdo them though, they're mostly carbs), vegetables - frozen or fresh, canned tuna (get tuna in water, not tuna in vegetable oil), cottage cheese (full of protein, also mixes with canned tuna very well, trust me), fish (even if you buy it frozen it is still pretty healthy), mushrooms (not much nutritional value but low calories, good for losing weight), plain lowfat yoghurt (e.g. greek) and beans (lots of protein).

And also stay away from sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise - they add tons of calories and you can learn to live without them

Stay away from: Pasta, rice, potatoes, candy (in any form), soft drinks, bread. That's it
Eat for example: Meat, salads, nuts, eggs, fish, cottage cheese, avocados etc.

Stay away from carbohydrates (only eat them once a day in form of oatmeal)
And don't eat instant oatmeal like avatar0 said. It's better with plain normal old school oats.

I promise you that your body will be like a feather if you do this.

Yeah, it's so simple, and for whatever reason, I make it seem so hard in my head. I just need to come up with a good plan.
