Cheap carrot, Supplement.

Well anyone know of any? i do eat carrots so its not a matter of replacement
but i would like to get a supplement that is equivalent of a few servings of
vegetables just to get a lil more.Because i love vegetables so any expert and
professional person please share here.

I think it still best of eating or drinking raw carrots, because you can't be sure if the claims of known carrot juices is all-natural. In my experience you can gain more nutrients from natural way.
