Thumbs up MFT28: Such an amazing training schedule.

Hey guys, I've been sticking to this training schedule tightly for the last 2-3 months with not much training before that and just been sticking to a carbohydrate and protein-heavy diet without any supplements.

I just thought I'd link it on here for any guys looking for a really locked down training schedule because I know how hard it is making an adequate training timetable.

This training schedule contains excellent motivation as it has an inspiring mental training video at the end of each week you complete a month. Each day has been thought up carefully and you can tell this is the reason Gregg Plitt(The guy who created the programme) is as defined/big as he is now.

So yeah, let me know if you have been following this training-programme already or plan on doing so!

(Depressingly, DV won't let me post the link to the MFT28 because I've only joined it yesterday.. So you guys will have to google: "MFT28" and it's the first link on "Bodybuilding.com").

It's a nice training scheme to, might give it a shot!

EDIT: I can't give out the link because the website sells merchandise, and also, I read the training scheme and am going to try it starting Monday.

      Sounds good man!

Let me know how it's going after the first 3 or 4 weeks.
Best of luck, and be sure to hit all those reps to failure!

Yeah man, for sure, That's what stood out to me about this scheme, that its not a set number, it's to failure, can't wait to get stuck into it.

Some concepts in the plan I practice. Except for the nutrition. I've been high fat, high protein diet for the last 8 months or so. That changes soon.

Absolutely agree with the going to failure concept, letting the numbers go (to a degree) and pushing your body as hard as it can go you find out more what you're capable of, and it's usually more than you think.

It's a refreshing idea to think that you can, to some extent, make your own rules regarding training as long as you're pushing past the last workout.
