Situp/Crunches back pop and bone feeling

I can't really go to a doctor yet, but I've been wondering, since I've had this for a long time, I always feel like there's bone movement on my lowerback and I hear a little pop (not the kind of pop when you pop your knuckles or such)

so yeah, if any information, thanks

when I'm in the bed, I have my leg sideways, where the side of my foot is resting, then I'll get uncomfortable and move my position to the heel of my foot, so I'm turning my leg left and I'll feel the same thing but this time on my hipbone where it's basically connecting the leg and hip
