Nature is pretty fuc...g relaxing !
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

Sitting in front of a fountain, and staring at all those beautiful, glittering coins. Absolutely intoxicating.

Drinking Jack Daniels on the rocks with a splash of water out in Nature while playing Pokemon outside a Starbucks in a park with a fountain with glittering coins...getting intoxicated, of course.

Reading good books. Green Tea. Passionflower Tea.

simply focusing on breathing works. u don't even have to do it deeply. that will happen naturally. let the desire of the body pull itself towards breathing a certain amount at certain speeds. it's called becoming the witness in spiritual practice, yes?

I set the back porch up with everything I could want. Candles. Incense. A pot or two of chamomile tea. Plants and crystals everywhere. Tibetan bowls playing in the background. Then I sit back, look at the swampy field behind the house, water birds grazing... and listen to my audiobook.. Ahhh.. it's so nice!

Other times, especially when the moon is nice and full, I enjoy sneaking out of the house. I find a nice spot to sit in the grass of the side yard or back yard, where no one can see me, and watch the stars while I listen to Pink Floyd.
