I am a huge fan of tea and am going to join damn near everyone else in suggesting it.

Otherwise, there is a very tasty lemonade recipe to sip on when you get bored of all the tea and water (originally intended for detoxification.)
It involves mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice with water as you normally would when making lemonade, and adding maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Maple syrup is pretty good for satisfying your sweet tooth without consuming actual sugar. However, it's quite calorie-laden, so if you're a couch potato I definitely wouldn't recommend drinking more than one of these a day.

Milk is a wonderful source of calcium, but pasteurization makes calcium and other minerals harder to absorb. One method of testing to see if milk has been adequately pasteurized is to test to make sure that phosphates have been completely removed. Phosphates are essential for the absorption of calcium.
milk is then pasteurized so that all valuable enzymes are destroyed (lactase for the assimilation of lactose; galactase for the assimilation of galactose; phosphatase for the assimilation of calcium).
Pasteurization also profoundly affects the bioavailability of the calcium content of milk. In wholesome food, calcium is present in a bioavailable form that serves to strengthen bones and teeth, while supplying enough ionic, or dissolved, calcium to meet the normal metabolic needs of literally all the cells in the body. Calcium should NOT be depositing diffusely throughout the body in rocklike deposits. Yet this is exactly what happens in the habitual drinker of pasteurized milk.

If you don't want to make your own iced tea, I like Tejava tea. I think it is Crystal Geiser, so it might just be a west coast/ California thing.

      Also, see wheatgrass.

Doesn't taste good, but it's not classified as a superfood for no reason.

      GREEN SMOOTHIES.

      Or, just fruit smoothies.

They are amazing. They fill you up and give you tons of energy.

But these must be made yourself, not bought in stores. Nothing can substitute the taste and nutrition of naturally made smoothies, not even that V8 crap, which is pretty good unless you've tried your own homemade ones.

Get a Juicer, and make your own fresh-squeezed fruit juice. Drink it right after you make it (or put it into a chilled thermos to bring to school). It has to stay very fresh.

Pros: Delicious, and might just be the best way to maximize the vitamins you consume from your fruits and veggies
Cons: It's kind of a pain to clean, and you go through a lot of fruits/veggies just for one glass. I combine carrots and apples (I call it crapple juice ) and it takes half of a medium size of baby carrots, and two full apples for a single glass of the stuff... but oh so good.

Here's another one you can make at home: One bag of black tea + one tsp ground ginger + a squeeze of lemon juice + 2 tsp honey. It's pretty strong, and slightly burns your throat going down, but you learn to love it, and it's good for you.

Milk is awesome, I'd drink that if I could.
Water is good. Water is great.
But anything made out of fruit juice is healthy - and often good.

Mango Juice, tastes great. But if you're trying to avoid sugar you're fucked.

I know it sounds gross, but V8 fusion has a good serving of vegetables, and fruit juice combined. It's actually pretty good. I thought it looked really gross, but it tastes mostly like juice.

Yes it is. Can't even taste the vegetables, although after having the acai mixed berry one a ton, it now has a wierd flavor to me... But thankfully I also have peach mango or something!

Heh there was a frosh event in university where they take a bunch of random veggies (random as in, "each card has a veggie on it and you pick a bunch"), but them into a blender, added salt and pepper, and it's amazing how much it tasted like V8
