I have something wrong with my shoulder. From the symptoms, it seems like it is impingement with bursitis/tendonitis. I don't think anything is torn, but I haven't had an MRI or any X-rays.

Anyone have any advice for something like this? It sucks, because I have to avoid all movement that uses those muscles. This has completely destroyed my upper body workout. I'm like a lady at the gym, now. I just work out my abs and legs.

It has been responding to rest and tons of Ibuprophen to keep the inflammation down. I just hope I don't get a fucked up stomach from the ibuprophen.
