2) A prolonged flying experience through beautiful landscape/scenery
3) Have a 'nice' time with Chery Cole and Nicole Schwerzinger

Regarding your diet - Everyone is different, you may have a higher or lower metabolism than the average person, so you need to experiment - stick with your current diet for 2 weeks - if you don't notice any change then you know you have to lower your calorie intake. What I would reccommend is a low carb high protein diet. Aim for no more than 100grams of carbs per day and around 150grams of protein. Counting carbs, protein, and calories can be annoying at first but you'll get used to it...and somewhat enjoy it. |

I really just run. The parkour training consists of a lot of jumping and some leg training excercises that are like squats, except you squat on one leg instead of both. |
