So I'm going to be living by myself in America in a few days, and i'll be in charge of my own diet for th first time.
I was wondering how to go about setting up a good diet for myself.
One that will give some good brainpower as i'll be studying loads - and one that will also give good energy for a mild cardio and weight lifting workout.
Any good diets I could go for.
I don't have much cooking experience but I'm willing to learn.
I can make scrambled egg, french toast, I can cook chicken breasts and steaks.
I'll have somewhere under $50 a week for food.
I will eat anything.
