Do you like vegetables? Because as far as 'good' diets are concerned, eating lots of fresh vegetables is the best thing you can do. It doesn't matter what you do with them, just eat lots of them. Make them the main part of your diet.
If you want supplements that may help with brain power/studying there's choline, piracetam, centrophenoxine, and a lot more out there.

Yea, I understand that it is hard to give good solid diet advice since I am unable to give you information on exactly what I am going to be eating.
However thats the point - I'm starting anew, I will be choosing every single component of my diet and trying to design a really good diet for good brain power - good cardio health and more importantly - A good immune system.
