Need help making a work out routine
I am being home schooled and will hopefully go back to school by the start of February. I only weigh 135 pounds and I'm 5'8 atm. I would like to build some abs but mostly my endurance, I'm out of breath if I just walk to get something out of the garage.. I don't have any dumbbells yet but I have weights.
I was thinking about doing this but it needs tweaks..
1. start off with running a mile, then eventually run more and more.
2. 25 sit ups/10 push ups/25 sit ups/10 push ups/25 sit ups/10 push ups. I'll eventually add weights.
3. chin ups/pull ups.. 20 each
4. just lift some weights..
Will this make me look handsome : >?
