First, I do pullups and chin ups.
Now we get down and dirty.
Do this until you can't do it anymore:

Then do situps until you can't do it anymore.
turn over and do regular pushups until you can't.
now do as many bicycle crunches as you can.

flip back over and do a wide pushup until you can't anymore.
Rest.
