      My upper body routine

      First, I do pullups and chin ups.
      Now we get down and dirty.
      Do this until you can't do it anymore:



      Then do situps until you can't do it anymore.

      turn over and do regular pushups until you can't.

      now do as many bicycle crunches as you can.

      flip back over and do a wide pushup until you can't anymore.
      Rest.

      15 bodyweight rows
      25 bodyweight squats
      15 pushups
      50 jumping jacks
      20 mountain climbers
      10 close grip pushups
      15 bodyweight rows

      That's a pretty good work-out if you want to get lean.

      I prefer lean sinew muscle anyway, that way I'm still flexible.
