      Drop setting

Hey guys, just a quick workout related question. Anyone do drop sets in their regime? I'm thinking about incorporating them and wondering how best to do so.

I go to the gym 5-6 times a week depending on workload doing different areas each day in 3 day cycles. (bicep + back, chest + tricep, shoulder + leg)

Anyway, how could i best incorporate drop sets? I've read that you're supposed to mix them with regular sets, while other places advise against this. If anyone's got a good workout plan that uses them/uses them themselves, chuck them my way please

I didn't know what drop sets were till i googled it. Anyway, I do this all the time. Generally, I pick a weight do a set, go up by 5lbs and do a set, and go up another 5lbs and do a set, then I go back down. The sets after the max should feel just as hard as the max weight you used. I do this for every muscle group, for every exercise unless I'm doing pullups or pushups. Seems effective for building muscular endurance
