Thread: Any tips on how i can make myself perfect in 2 weeks time?

Watch high school girls these days, and mimic them.

But that is my age group, and that is what i would want, idk how old you are.

Cardio exercise is always good for trimming up and what not, but I wouldn't expect amazing results (or even that noticeable results at all) in just two weeks time.

Thats why i suggested looking at the teenagers, seeing as they can dress up and look good. Two weeks is not a long time, so you have to do what you can.

Don't rely too much on external things to make you look good, like a fake tan or new clothes.

If you want to look good, you first have to feel good.

1. Eat well: include fruit and vegetables in your daily diet. Cut back on sugary snacks and drinks, and drink lots of water.

2. Sleep well.

3. Regular exercise ie. taking a 20-30 minute walk each day.

All of these things will improve your health, and lift your mood.

If you feel good mentally and physically, you will radiate positive energy and glow brighter than the tan.

And why not let hubby know that he's been sorely missed by surprising him with a bottle of wine, or a box of chocolates, or even tickets to a movie that you can both enjoy together.

You're making the generalization that all high school-age girls dress like what you deem to be "skanks." What does it matter if someone wants to dress themselves in a certain way, anyway?

No that was the stupidest reply to what is the truth.

High Schoolers dont all dress like skanks. And guess what? The skanky looking ones actually get less looks then the not skanky ones. Think before you post.
