      Fattoo

I love my hometown so I want to get a Buffalo tattooed over my heart. Specifically this one, but not as big.

But as we've already established... I'm a big-un. I have a voluptuous set of man mammaries.

I've been doing the diet and exercise thing and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon, so alas, they will not be with me much longer. However, I want a tattoo now-ish.

I don't have any delusions that I'll have a rock hard chest and stomach ever(it'd be cool, but I don't see it happening). So how distorted will the tattoo get? Should I just wait or would it be cool to get it now?

      I think you should wait.

I imagine it would be difficult to tattoo over a bag of fat, because the fat would just move around, unlike firmer flesh. And once the fat is gone, there would be significant distortion.

If you really love it enough to do it, make it as good as possible and give it some time to wait. Maybe set a personal weight goal where you will go out and celebrate by getting your tat?

There are other ways to show your love without being so permanent/with it being permanent but perfect

Yeah, pretty much this- consider it the reward for accomplishing a weight loss goal.
