your hair can change color all through out your life not just during puberty. alot of it depends on your families genes like my dads hair has changed 5 times in his life so far and mine has changed 3 from bright blond to brown to dirty blond

My brother didn't hit his growth spurt until he was 17.
When he was a baby, his hair was fire engine red. By the time he was 14, it was dark red (towards auburn). When he was 20, it had darkened considerably.

Ask the men in your family what they went through. It's likely you'll follow their example.

First off, there is no way its going to change that quickly. Hair can change color but its slowly and normally over years.

So even once leg hair has grown it can still change?

Yea hair never stops growing, so its possible it can change color. Hair probably doesn't change color often. I think its more common for it to get a little darker or a little lighter.

No im just using it as an example, arm hair then? growing taller or smaller? does it matter? there all changes.

I think it just depends on the person. I had a huge growth spurt between 13-14 hit 6ft 1 then only grew an inch or so after that. Dennis Rodman was 5ft 10 at the end of high school, went to college and grew to 6ft 9!.

I reckon body hair on the chest/torso comes in late, thats what its doing for me now...
My pubes and wang haven't changed much since 14 or so fortunately/unfortunately

lol men loose about 80 hairs a day from their whole body you just dont notice it most times.

its just like the hair on your head can change color or fall out. all hair is the same just a different texture or shade but its all about your genes man just like me i matured faster then most kids but it was common in my family. you can get a good idea of what youll go through if you ask you parents and grandparents about it. oh and to answer your question they fall out over your life span and then grow back.

They said that you may experience a hair change though your whole life, not one minute black haired and the next blond/e. Hair color may change minutely (light brown in the winter, dirty blond in the summer ) but that won't happen overnight dramatically.
