P90x is more about hitting every muscle group from different angles and showing you variations of many exercises. Then, every few weeks, they completely switch up the routines and scheduling, so that your body doesn't plateau. It keeps challenging those muscle groups, instead of letting them get used to the routine you're doing. I've been using it for about four weeks (though I admittedly have skipped a few days :P) and have seen some pretty good results. It's definitely a program I recommend, if you can afford (or otherwise get your hands on) a copy.
