Do i have a disease?

I'm afraid i cannot sweat. At least actively, my armpits still have small amounts of sweat. But:

Whenever it gets hot i don't sweat. At all. Even if it's 30C and i'm wearing a coat. Another reaction happens, though. Very small (and i mean it, they're probably like 1mm in diameter) mosquito-like pimples (or whatever you call the things that appear after mosquito bites) start appearing. It's no joke, they itch bad and their appearance causes pain (feels like acupuncture). The hotter it gets, the worser it becomes.
A few days ago it was like 25C and i was walking around 2km to a friends house. My whole arm (the vein area) was covered in small pimples. There was probably like a few hundreds at the very least. They also appear on my chest, the back, the fingers.
What the hell?

Sounds more like you're dehydrated, the body will not sweat if it's dehydrated.

I googled it and it sounds like heat rash. It is caused from sweat being trapped under the skin. Perhaps miliaria profunda, which is the reoccurring form of heat rash, that can appear suddenly and the fade away within a few hours.

If that is the case, you want to avoid hot humid areas. Since you can't sweat and cool yourself down, you are higher risk for things like heat exhaustion. I think they have some lotion and stuff that can help with the condition. If you plan on working out or spending time in hot areas, I would talk to a doctor. Might be a good idea to talk to a doctor any way. As long as you don't work out in the heat and stuff, its not really dangerous, but its worth checking with a doctor.

Thanks for the replies and i forgot to mention the pimples disappear (or get so small i can't see them) after my body cools.

Just read about Heat Rash and i think it might be the thing. The symptoms of the most common one are nearly exact.

@ninja9578, It can't be dehydration as in the example i was carrying a 2l bottle of cola and drinking frequently.

Yeah... unfortunately, soda dehydrates the body (or so I've heard :p) I, too, drink way more soda than I should and rarely any water. But, thankfully, my tastebuds are starting to change.
I rarely sweat too. When I start getting hot, it feels like I'm being poked by countless tiny needles on my armpits. That's the only place I feel it. I, too, get raised bumps along the area affected.
Sounds like we both need to drink a LOT more water and see if things improve.

I find that hard to believe as if you're THAT dehydrated, you have bigger problems. I've done exersize with little water and I still would sweat like a pig

Indeed, some people lack the ability to sweat, but I'm pretty sure you would know if you were such a person b/c your body cannot cool itself off it can be a serious condition. So, you don't have this problem. You can sweat.

Try exfoliating. Basically to me it sounds as though dead skin cells (which can easily accumulate during hot summer months) are trapping the sweat, most likely at hair follicles, and causing little white/clear bumps on your skin? They aren't pimples...they are just teeny tiny blisters full of trapped sweat. If you scratch, do they go away and release a tiny amount of fluid?

I used to get them a lot when I played sports, but I would just use a good exfoliating scrub and they go away.

I actually get those after I've been running or any activity where I'd sweat a lot. I thought it had to do with being hot outside, but seems that it's just related to how much I sweat. I was going to post about it here and see if anyone knew what it was. Is there a name for it? I know it's not a problem, but would be nice to know the name
