I meant the cheating junk food snacks hehe. The ones that you say to yourself, "Oh just a little bit wont hurt me." Just a little bit can set you back hours of working out though. I think any one who has been on a diet, knows what I mean.
I wasn't speaking of general snacking as in eating between meals. Though speaking of always being full, another good tip is to stop eating before you are full. Since it actually takes a while for your stomach to register how much food is in you, if you stop early and wait 10-15 minutes, you will still feel full, even while having aten a lot less.
