Confusing multiple false awakening?

I was taking a nap today but as usual, I went through SP as if it were a WILD... but when I was in my dream I thought I had woke up from getting out of SP and tried to go back to sleep and entered somethng else that was a lot like SP since I thought I was awake and when I woke up for real I tried going back to sleep again and it happened three times in a row with false awakenings and going back to sleep I also realized I was in a dream at the end of the last one but paniced and woke up- or maybe I thought I though I was in a dream? I don't know it was very confusing and I want to know if this was normal or what?

A lot of people have false awakenings when attempting to WILD, so it should be pretty normal, even if you don't attempt to WILD.
Never had it myself though, so there ends my knowledge.
