hey this is my first thread on DV Anyways, I have OCD and some syptoms of ADD/ADHD and I can sometimes tend to be a bit stressed and depressed, per say. Anyways, I was wondering if lucid dreaming can sort of be a therapy for that. |

Lucid dreaming will definitely help you with stress and depression! Your lucid dream is like your own little world, where you get to play God . You can even explore yourself and find peace of mind during LD's, they're a great experience! |

I believe all dreams provide therapeutic oportunities. I rarely have lucid dreams, but I record all my dreams each day and kind of get used to how I feel about the different weird happenings and relationships. I'm convinced this has allowed me to be more calm about real life. |
