      Dream senses

I write my dreams down all the time. I want them to be as realistic as possible, What steps do I have to take to make them clearer? I always write with detail etc, I want my senses to improve.

I'd suggest first-off some green tea one night before bed. It usually helps my vividness. If I have a good night, about 7 hours of sleep, I can taste and smell in my dreams too. Just have to have a good night, proper preparation, and the right intent! Always have the intent to remember your dreams!
