how i learned to lucid dream in a week

OK,Ive become really good in lucid dreaming withing the past 3-5 months?
Anyway,when i first tried to learn lucid dreaming,i searched the internet trying to find some tips and techniques on the subject,the one that BEST worked for me was the technique where you MEDITATE before you take a nap or when you go to bed at night.
With this technique within the first 3 days i started to have more dreams and,by the first week i was becoming lucid.This is the technique i used for the WILD method.Sometimes it goes MILD,because when i start to dream sometimes i dont know it until im in the middle of the dream,but most of the time I know it.As time pass and you keep practicing,it will be like a second nature,Ive also went on a 2 week lucid dreaming streak with this method

When i meditate,I try not to think,i basically clear my mind.Also,listening to music can help you relax,another thing you should do is meditate siting upright so you dont fall asleep.
And once youre done meditating,and you go to lay down to go to sleep,you will notice,that your body feels lighter or your body and mind are separated(at least thats how i feel).
and all you do from there is lay down,close your eyes, and be completely still,so make sure you are in a comfortable position.

I meditate right before i go to sleep,whenever that is.Also,if you take naps in the daytime you increase your chances of becoming lucid

What do you thing? Would it help even mroe if I meditated right after I wake up for WBTB?

I'm confused. Where are you going with it - do you mean using meditation as a method of relaxation before any other technique?

no,im saying that meditate before you going to sleep,and the being completely still part is apart of my technique,it helps you relax even more

Didn't work for the first time. I used to meditate quite often, yesterday I meditated before going to bed and I can't recall any dreams. Strange.

there only two steps really,first you meditate for however long you want,i usually meditate for at least 10mins for some reason,thats just the time i always stop,and then.When you are done,you lay down,get in a comfortable position,close your eyes,be completely still.The reason i say be still is because,it makes your body fall asleep before your mind,and when youre trying to be completely still,your body will start trying to see if you are still awake,what i mean by this is your body will start throwing out test signals at you like,you mabey start itching,andyou will have an urge to adjust your laying position or roll over.You will have to fight these temptations,it probably will take time,but keep practicing.

tell me exactly what you did and how long did you meditate,It probably wont work for the first time for others,im a "really" fast learner

I have NEVER found ignoring the 'roll over signal' to work. In order to fall asleep you need to be comfortable, and if your body is telling you that it is uncomfortable it makes it much harder to fall asleep. I think the main reason why some people have success with ignoring the 'roll over signal' is because they are using it as an anchor to stay conscious.

thats why i said find a comfortable when you lay down,and then ignore the other signals your body gives to you,and be completely still.The reason your body is sending you signals is to make sure it is ok for it to fall asleep,and when you ignore those signals,the body will then take it as yes its ok to go to sleep,but your mind will still be awake,therefore,increasing the chances of lucid dreams greatly.
I hope you can get where im coming from,and what i mean.
