      Valerian root and Damiana

      I'd hate to beat a dead horse, but i would like to talk to you about Valerian root. My pay-pal wielding friend has helped me a lot in my quest for better dreaming. So far hes bought gel capsules as well as Valerian root and Damiana. Upon my first night of taking the combo in the gel capsules (2 Damiana, 1 Valerian) i felt unchanged. Until... I fell asleep... The substances had given me the most vivid and wild dreams of my life, i had what felt like a f****** spiritual epiphany following a false awakening. It was like taking a mask off of my mind reveling the face beneath. When i woke, everything previously on my bed was on the floor and i was laying side ways. I was ecstatic that i worked . I highly recommend it!

      Meh, you didn't waste any of my time. I just did a google search for darmenia and couldn't come up with anything so it made me curious. I'm definitely familiar with Valerian, that stuff is great for getting to sleep but it also stinks like dog poo. I have to get the "odor-controlled" variety that comes in coated tablets. It's strange that all the stuff on your bed fell off, and that you were laying sideways...I wonder what the heck you were doing? You shouldn't have been moving around in your dreams, unless something to do with REM-atonia was malfunctioning. Do you remember moving around at all? Congrats on your wonderful experience btw.
