Dreaming of water in differenet shapes all the time!

I started keeping a dreamjournal a few weeks ago, and discovered that in every other dream i recall there is some existance of water. If I recall three dreams each night two of them include water in some sence. I know by now that this is a dreamsign, yet I want to know what it might mean.

Besides I never dream of water in the same way. I dream of rivers, oceans and lakes. I dream of still water and storms. I dream of my house, my garden and my town being flooded. I dream of sailboats, submarines and walking on water. I dream of water theme parks and pools. And all this in the last few weeks! I keep dreaming about the feeling of standing with water up to my thighs, though I might as well be standing in my flooded house as well as in a river, a pool or an ocean.

Water is a big part of my life. I live on an island, I have been sailing since I was eight and I even work as a sailinginstructor.

Does anyone else dream this much about one thing? What might it mean? And how do I use water as a dreamsign to become lucid when I never dream about water the same way? :?
