Dreams can sometimes be rather spontaneous in terms of clarity and length. |

Ok so last night I had a super clear, and very long dream put of no where. Was it because of something I ate that made it all so clear? I had a tuna steak, some broccoli and cauliflower, and some chocolate cake. Do any of those boost vividness? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I had my first full lucid after eating half of a can of nutella (gotta love that stuff). the contents of the dream could be the cause of this vividness maybe its emotionally significant. |
