Weird reoccurring things in my dreams. Does it mean something?

Lately my dreams have been filled with sex but sometimes something weird happens. I had this dream my step mom kissed me and I said "I can't do this" as I pulled away. Then she responded "But i'm not her" Her face morphed into someone else's that only slightly resembled hers. Then in another dream I was with this one girl I know and I was standing and she was on me with her legs wrapped around my back we were making out then we pulled away and I looked her in the eyes and she morphed into someone else. Do you guys think this means anything? All help is greatly appreciated! All the thanks in the world ahead of time!
