      Dreaming

      Tell me is this odd.
In my dreams everything is a relation from my waking life. Like if a small detail but everything in the dream shows up. Even minute things?
Also are dreams reoccurring over a period of years normal? Not exactly but plot-wise similar?

Read tutorials and use google then you will be aloud to ask questions
"For a long time it gave me nightmares, having to witness an injustice like that. It was a constant reminder of how unfair this world can be, I can still hear them taunting him. 'Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids!'... How come they just couldn't give him some cereal?"

Yeah, dreaming about your waking life is normal, but dreaming about every little detail from waking life isn't that common. It's okay though! Everyone's dreams are different! .

A recurring dream over a period of years isn't common. When I was 3 years old - 11 years old I kept having nightmares with the same guy in it every night. He killed me in each nightmare, and suddenly the dreams just stopped. Lucid dreaming can be used to stop recurring dream, and take control of them.

Offlendoodle: I have and I know that it is normal but the level of which it happens to me seemed odd. Such as thinking about Oblivion for 2 min and having a dream in the Rouges Den, or say watching scrubs and Elliot being there too. It just happens and incorperates things I don't normally think about or do.

Mancon: Thanks for your feedback! I would rather go the other direction with it. The dreams have brilliant plots and whatnot, I actually enjoy being able to play it back because it is a very interesting movie/scene.

hahaha for the longest a few months ago i would dream about the most boring things and i hated it, it passes though.

      what is this reoccurring theme?
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Lol it happens to me as well don't worry. A lot of my dreams are based greatly off of a two minute thing that happened to me the day earlier. Let me search my journal for some examples..

Ok here's one. I believe I read a small bit about Nepal in magazine or something, or on a travel blog. I forget. It was in the middle of the day and it was a very small detail. Next thing I know, one of my dreams that night is set in a Nepalese airport.

Erii: I have no idea, it's just a feeling after I wake up of I had that dream before...

matemlak: I do the same thing, I found it brilliantly interesting but I wondered it anybody else did similarly. I had a dream set in the DLC of a Game as I saw the game in my drawer and thought about it for a minute...
