What each of the categories in DV Dream Journal meant?

Please correct me if I got any of the meanings wrong.

1) Lucid, non-lucid and nightmare is pretty straightforward.

2) Memorable meant a dream that is worth keeping?

3) False Awakening meant a realistic dream of you being awake?

4) Task has something to do with the tasks you set for your dreams?

5) I don't really get side notes.

6) I have no idea what is dream fragment.

Anybody help? Thanks.

I'd say side notes are just for if you want to make a note of something in your DJ, like maybe specific things you ate or did related to dreaming.

A dream fragment (to me, at least) is just a very short piece of a dream you can remember without much context. ^^
