Dream Confusion
I normally am very engaged in my dreams, and remember them vividly. I keep a dream journal as I believe that dreams have a large impact on your subconscious, as well as conscious.
But lately my dreams have been very strange. I cannot remember them anymore when I wake up. It's been a very odd change. But the even more strange thing is that throughout the day I'll have these moments where I remember something like it's a real, true memory but it most definitely never happened in my conscious life. I recognize the memory as a dream, but the realness of the memory is strange, and the fact that I am remembering my dreams as memories of things that really happened.
It's making me very confused between reality and dreams. Lately in my life I've been going through a lot of struggles, I am thinking that the occurrences are my past life communicating with me trying to tell me I'm not on the right path, or making some wrong decisions but I'm not positive.
I would just like to hear other people's interpretations of this situation, or know if anyone else has had this happen to them.
Thanks!

Have you been stressful lately? There are many factors that might be affecting your dream recall. It's very common for people to suddenly remember dreams later in the day. Maybe you're confusing memories of vivid dream experiences with that of "occurrences of your past life." I don't personally have a belief regarding reincarnation, so I can't help much, sorry. I think you should keep up with your dream journal and learn whatever you can from these dreams/memories. The "Beyond Dreaming" forum is likely to give you more helpful advice.
