My Binaural Beats + Dreaming Experience

I've been quite skeptical of binaural beats since I heard about them, but have tried some mild ones with an open mind a few times recently, which garnered pretty mild, but enjoyable, results.

However, the other night I listened to one of the stronger ones while falling asleep. The aim was to stay awake, but I just suddenly came over all tired and fell in and out of sleep. After the 'dose' had finished though was when it really affected me. I can't remember specifics, but they must have been the trippiest dreams I've ever had, involving multiple false awakenings (that didn't lead to anything) and various states of consciousness. I'm not sure how much I enjoyed it, but I think I'll try it again to see if I can work more in my favour.

Just thought I'd share that, in case anyone's interested or has had a similar experience.

I tried bineural beats as well... Multiple types and at first the "Theta waves" seemed to work as it got me an LD in the morning. But that was the only time i got an LD after listening to any bineural beats... so i'm convinced that it's just placebo..

This is what will happen. By stronger ones I assume that they take you down to either a delta or theta frequency. Sudden tiredness is a natural result of listening to these frequencies.
