Please help! Reoccuring dream/nightmare, need help a.s.a.p

I've had the same dream every night for about the past two weeks. The dream is several random flashes of pictures that are usually to fast to identify (I think I'm just not remembering the rest) but here are the ones I have identified:
      - a fist (maybe male?)
      - a dark room like a large closet but more square shapped
      - Guns, I see people holding them but I can't remember/see who. I think they are mostly pump rifles and semi-automatic rifles probally.
      - Crying sounds but I only remember seeing darkness
      - A siamese cat sitting on the floor
      - loud banging noises (again I only see darkness)
      - Blood on white tiles spilling out of something
      - Sometimes I see myself as a kid looking scared
      - a needle
That's about it as far as I can tell. I've tried really hard to remember the rest of it, I feel that it is very important. The dream never wakes me up at night but my friend said that I thrashed around at night which is werid because as long as I can remember I have never really moved when I sleep except when I am having a nightmare. This dream does imply fear but not an overwhelming amount. I find myself afraid to go to sleep at night yet, afraid not to have the dream. Can anyone help me figure out what it means?

Id say keep a dream journal and try improve your recall, from then you will start having more vivid dreams that actuallly have stories and then you can tackle the problem.

yes i agree with writing down on a journal, then when your done writing all your recurring dreams down, you can fit the puzzle together once you see them and read them.

Could be some scenes from your past lives. Some people can dream the bad parts and some dreams about mostly the good parts. That's all i can say more about it.
