Hi
Do you keep a dream journal?
How long do you sleep?
A little more info could help us find what it is that you could improve on!
Thanks
Never ever?
Hmmm....
Try setting an alarm to wake you up half an hour earlier than you normally would. For example, if you sleep 8 hours straight set the alarm for seven-and-a-half hours. This should wake you up in the middle of a dream or sleep cycle.
Please share all the information you can! :)
Just tell me what info do you want to know and I'll tell you. I don't keep dream journal, because as I said, I've never remembered my dreams. At the weekends and holidays I sleep about 10-12 hours, but on "working days" I sleep about 7-8 hours.
Other info would help.
Do you take any medications, drugs or supplements? Those can affect dream recall.
Do you exercise? How much?
Do you eat right before bed? What?
When you wake up is it to an alarm or naturally? Are you immediately awake or do you linger in bed for a few minutes?
Do you ever wake in the night?
Is your room really noisy when you sleep?
These are just a few of the things that might affect your dreams.
I don't take any medications, drugs or supplements.
I don't exercise (I' have strange allergy :D)
I eat right before bed sometimes.
It's naturally on holidays and weekends, but I wake up with alarm on "working days". I linger in bed for a few minutes.
I never ever wake in night.
My room isn't noisy when I sleep.
I never sleep at noon.
Indeed, too many of us are allergic to exercise. :-?
My best suggestion is to set your normal alarm 30 minutes earlier. Give that a try and see what happens for a week.
Try not to eat within two hours of going to sleep. Not necessarily a problem but anything is worth a try and it's better not to sleep on a full stomach.
Report back in a week. :)
I used to get that in my early twenties where my skin, neck or chest used to start having these burning sensations. The skin comes up with these blotchy spots and you get a red rash with pain and itching. It feels like your nerves are on fire. The common name is 'Nettle rash'.
It can be due to an allergy, either from food, soap or washing powder, etc. Stress and heat, and being uncomfortable can set it off.
The doc put me on antihistimines which helped calm it down, but he said '"I would grow out of it, but it could come back months or years later."
I did, thankfully. I only get it rarely nowadays. Hope you find out the reason. If it is really bad you can have tests done. I had one and the specialist said I had "hypersensitive skin". Never got to the bottom of it however.
Is there any drug, vitamin or something like that, that will help me to remember my dreams?
Oh, I remembered. When I was kid 5-6 times I had a nightmare. I couldn't wake up and say something, I'm were making some strange voices when I had a nightmare. I think I had SP. My parents were waking me up. After that nightmares I can't remember my dreams.
