Thread: Dreams are like Minecraft,

Essentially all games are like dreams but in particular games like skyrim. Often dreams are viewed from an undefined perspective, where you can see 3rd person and sometimes even short cutscenes. Dreams have the ability to jump from one scene to another just like a game. Dream characters seem to give the same generic or meaningless text that skyrim characters do. Dreams just like games completely defy our view of walking life reality yet in the dream or game we become immersed in the reality and accept its rules. I think this last point is porbably why they seem so similar.
Whenever you play a game you quickly become immersed, and I have never really once thought "thats not possible" when playing a game. Our set of expectations is very open un dreams and games, unlike in walking life where it is bound to the strict laws of the unniverse.

Yes, I know what you mean. Like dutch said, you could basically compare any game with dreams. Dreams are so dynamic and come in many different shapes and sizes. Hopefully your dreams have more realistic graphics though.

Except dreams aren't made up of blocks.
