"End of the World"/Apocalyptic dreams

Other threads are really old hope this is fine.

These last two days I've had awesome apocalyptic dreams. Two days ago the sky was black and lava was pouring from a huge mountain I could see then the acid rain came for a sec. Yesterday I was in my house but different in the strangest ways (like most houses, neighboorhoods in the wrong areas, etc) and I heard my friend tell me he saw five fireballs in the sky. I walked outside called my home phone (I was at a friends or something) and said bye to my grandpa. I walked, already outside, to an open field nearby and as I'm walking I see a huge meteor as wide as the street come crashing down and barely missing me.

I love dreams, I should really start another dream journal and get back into lucid dreaming.

So have you had any dreams of situations like these? Also do you pay any attention to stuff like Mayan calendar 12/21/2012?
It's coming up, this 5000 year old date.

I made a thread just like this in General Lucid Discussion! I have not had a dream like this yet but I am trying to get people to try and attempt a LD with this theme and then post there experiences.

I have been having apocalyptic dreams for years. Growing up during cold war, I guess it's not such a surprise. And the latest doomsday prophecies are not helping either.

I have seen:
- Intercontinetal ballistic missiles flying over head, rushing to a phone calling my mom to say good-bye.
- Post-attack world - city on fire, even water on fire.
- Huge asteroid-type fireballs with black smoke tails falling to the earth
- 3 x Volcanos errupting causing earthquakes
- Strategic air command airplanes with nuclear weapons flying over city to retaliate, we are expecting foreign army invasion
- Two moons and another dream with 2 suns) - one of them is Nibiru that's gonna crash into Earth
- 3 x Moon or Earth's poles had shifted
- post-apocalyptic underground city

I did like these dreams. They were intense, but except in one or two of them, I wasn't really scared.

And you should definitelly start a DJ again.

I had a dream a few days ago about a SHTF situation.
It started when I was in a car driving towards a safe haven. It was very chaotic since everyone was trying to travel to a safe place. I should have noticed it was a dream because my grandma was driving, and she's like 80 years old. I remember a bunch of people were committing suicide, and there were white blankets around the dead people. It is funny because at the safe haven, everyone got handed out just one oreo and were told to leave :P
