Question What music is good for falling asleep?

My girlfriend tells me that your favorite instrument is good to listen to, but i still would like a few more answers. any youtube video or recommended instruments/sounds would be great.
      Thank you, Sweet Dreams.

It usually takes me longer to fall asleep when I listen to music. So I don't. (fall asleep. Ever.)

Nah, I would suggest something calm and not too loud, probably classical music. Look around youtube for relaxing melodies, there's tons.

Try the files linked here in the Lucid Aids section of the forum: http://www.dreamviews.com/lucid-aids...epository.html

I believe they are in playable in Windows Media. I haven't tried other players.

Similarly relaxing music and sounds, as killing suggested, would be ideal. It's very easy to find on YouTube and various dreaming/relaxation/yoga sites.

I turn my tv to the music choice channels, specifically 'soundscapes' which has like meditation music and sometimes binaural beats sounding music. Knocks me out every time

Pink Floyd is good for getting to sleep in my opinion. On top of being my favourite band, the music is so mood based and usually soothing... it kind of puts you in a different place. After about an hour of listening and winding down I feel ready for sleep, turn the music off, and in about 10 to 20 minutes I'm out.

Try listening to music that you like and see how that goes, when i was younger i used to listen to hard rock and i still fell asleep as quickly as normal. Otherwise soft or slow songs usually do the trick for me.
