do you think certain foods affect dreams or if you have a nap in the day that can affect dreams affect as in there weirder than normal ?

Eat as healthy as you can. Food has an effect on every aspect of your life. You are what you eat pretty much. I'm not sure which foods do what.... but I'm sure that foods that have a giant paragraph of ingredients on the box aren't very good for you.
