Well I have what you could say is severely decreased muscle strength and effects my breathing quite a big amount when awake and I still dream as well as anyone else, at least I think I do, I haven't got many entries but here is mine: Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views - jackc45 - Dream Journals

Well, in all reality I have no clue.
But! I could give you some crappy high school level science behind the brain!
Here goes:
Ok, so my theory, is that since dreams are basically our brain's backwash. The stuff that runs through our subconscious at night. And since the brain need oxygen to run properly, I think that it could affect your dreams. Maybe not have them as vivid, or harder to maintain lucidity, I dunno.
Feel free to shoot that down, I really have no clue.
