Can this be something like MILD?

This Last Morning when i woke up, i was just thinking in a WILD attempt, but i was really tired, so i just got still , and let the dream forming for itself without any specific visualizations that i might could think...

i was jumping to several random images, until i was in a dream. On the Middle of the dream i was in my attic, in a brawl fight or something...i just got instantaneous, at the outside of the window, and start to fly or just softly moving in the air, to the other building in front of my house, which it was one of the visualizations that i was imagining the night before, while trying to fall asleep and doing some B-MILD technique.

I dont think it was Lucid, because i dont remeber saying to myself or realizing that i was really dreaming (i had other FA, and dream that i was looking to my hands and they looked normal) but can this visualization that i imagined last night, triggered that scenario or decision in that non-lucid dream?

Not really MILD, since you weren"t lucid, but what you have done is called Dream Incubation, that can be used for MILD, and also it actually is part of some MILD techniques. :P
So yes, that scenario was indeed triggered by that.

oh nice one! dream incubation. ive to pratice this more and more...seems legit.
