      Question What is a Dream Guide/ Spirit Guide?

      So what is a dream guide/spirit guide anyway? What do they do? Is there a difference between the two? Are they a real thing or is it just a belief in them? Do you believe in them?

      A dream guide could be a manifestation of your mind, a thoughtform, or a sentient entity, a living spirit that may only live in the dreamworld.
      Dream guides teach you things about dreams, help you to become lucid, and sometimes are friends or mentors.
      A dream guide is usually perceived as a thoughtform/dream character, or a type of spirit guide. There is no way to prove their sentient existence. That's something for you to find out on your own. I believe in dream guides. My dream guide is a big red dragon named Xaphor.
