The chat isn't working for me? What to do....
Webchat is actually down at the moment. They're apparently working on it now, though there's no real telling when it'll be back up.
For future reference, if your having a technical problem, check the Meta Forum to see if someone else is having the same problem. In this case, staff has already been made aware of the issue, and you can see the progress here. Or, you can PM one of the admins (the names in red here) and let them know of the problem.
