Bad dream recal. Help me! New supplements?

Hello! Guys, help me! I have a very bad dream recall. Most supplements have almost no effect, as well as dream journal. I did not show up for some time on the forum.
Maybe you can recommend any new supplements for dream recall?
P.S. Sorry for my English, I don't speak in it for a long time..

When you say "Bad dream recall" do you mean you can only remember few things or you can remember none?

If you are honestly trying your hardest during the day practicing your awareness and making it a point to recall your dreams and become lucid, You might want to take a break. If it is stressing you out that could be a huge contributing factor in not remembering your dreams. Also if you have a set time you wake up every day, try setting you're alarm an hour or two before you wake up. Make it a point to at least tell yourself you will dream. Even if you don't become lucid, chances are better you will remember. Good luck!

You ask you shall receive.... I wouldn't rely on supplements though.

I agree with Exotuna, that you should try to find out if there are any other contributing factors, as to why you aren't remembering your dreams. How much sleep are you getting, per night? Do you go to sleep sober? Are you stressing about anything else? Do you practice auto-suggestion (i.e.; "I will remember my dreams"), when going to bed?

Supplements may help, but I think it's better to find other, natural ways of developing recall, before becoming dependent on them. Do you dream journal often? Do you take time to sit in bed, without moving, to recall your dreams. Or do you immediately get up and start moving about, while trying to remember?

Eh, don't bother with supplements. I personally have had bad experiences with them. Besides, lucid dreaming and dream recall is what I would say "nature's free gift". Try setting up a time to wake up in the middle of the night since that's when REM occurs best. Lie in bed and remain still and try to retrace your thoughts. You'd be surprised at how much you can remember from that. And don't forget the DJ
