How To Stay Motivated?
As the title suggests, how can i stay motivated ? Any tips? Personal tips that you guys use?
I often find myself really good at recall at a certain point in time for atleast a month straight, then towards the end of the month around the 20th or so id start getting lazy and not keeping my bed time routine as i used to before. I often think its because i let people keep me up, because they always wondered why i went to sleep so early lol. I would usually take a break for a month, maybe two straight then decided to get back on track. Idk whats wrong with me lol D: any suggestions?

The only way I stay motivated is by asking myself this question, "How bad do you want it?" And 'it' can be anything like a peace of mind, my world in dreams, or understanding of my higher self. Whatever it is, it all still boils down to everything I practice everyday (i.e., ADA, RC, RRC's, self awareness, awareness of nature, love for one another, etc.). So how do I stay motivated? By constantly asking myself questions which has to do with my existence and by understanding this, I can understand how to help myself and I can help others learn how to help themselves...and this is all that is important to me.
Only YOU know what motivates YOU and why it motivates YOU. Find out what that is and you should never be disappointed with yourself.

You aren't going to stay motivated forever. People who succeed at anything are not the most motivated, but the people that kept continued when there was no motivation.
In order to continue on without wanting too, an ending is needed to be seen. A goal a or something similar. You cannot just commit to LDing practice forever. Maybe a certain number of LDs or a certain time frame. That way you know what you are working towards. I promised myself on June 12, 2012 that I would ld for one year. I made the same promise in 2013 and in 2014. If ever I think about quitting I just look toward that day and I don't break my promise made to myself and I continue on until then, if I want to quit bad enough, I will keep that idea until June 12.
This is something that keeps me going, but I recommend a personalized idea. Maybe something with every 100 LDs or every hour of dream time or every 6 months or every month.
