Hey,
I live in homeless facility, where we have breakfast always at 08:00 A.M. The cook yells "Come to eat!" during that time. So what happened, I looked at my phone and the time was (I think) 07:54 A.M., so I was like, okay I can still sleep for a moment, but then (I think) I was falling a sleep, when I suddenly rushed to the door to open it, so I could hear the cook yelling. I opened the door normally, but after that my body was falling towards wall and I couldn't move anywhere for few seconds, however it felt much longer, since it was quite shocking experience. Then I started thinking, why did that happen. I recalled in my mind this forum, since I made one post here during 2013 (if I remember correctly), can't remember my account name tho. So what happened?
Some of the reasons I think of are:
* I was still partially in sleep when I went to open the door, since I jumped out of bed so fast
* Yesterday when I went to sleep I was quite hungry
* Maybe I was just so tired / didn't get enough sleep that it also affected my body
* I usually put my eyeglasses on, before I do anything, but not this time, and yesterday I used contact lenses before I went to sleep
Please, if you have explanation, let me know. Is there specific term for this occurrence?
I think I still feel kinda clumsy / dizzy.

TL;DR Woke suddenly up, got stuck against wall in awake state for few seconds, then everything was normal again, what happened?
