Dream: Nothing happened...

In the began of the dream, I walked off or was pushed off a high place (similar to a skyscraper or cliff). Then was I was falling everything started turning black and when I hit the bottom it was also black. Before I could move everything turned white and I was laying exactly the way I died. I stand up and start to look around. I was inside a white sphere. Somehow I know someone more of something was there but I didn't know how. I asked "where am I? What is this?." (I can't remember the details exactly of the conversation) It replied simply inside your mind and after a brief conversation. I replied in a dull voice "oh okay..." and I sat down. A feeling of "oh..." and silent thoughts came over me. Nothing happened after that...
What does it mean?
Has anyone else had this dream before?

I had something like it where I was stuck in some dungeon scene and I kept getting shown new rooms every time I tried to escape. I eventually asked the dream why am I seeing this scene. Why can't I break free? I was sent to a white room with words flashing across my field of view.

There was another dream in that week, where after a long string of events (I was given a bunch of items and told to hand them off to different dream characters. They in turn helped me find the next character to give the next item to and so on....) I eventually completed the task and went out on a lake in a boat.Everything was fun and fine until a fiery pillar emerged from the sky and overtook the scene. I didn't fight it. I didn't flee. I just let it consume me. A black hole formed and took me back to the location in the beginning of the dream. I was left thinking, wow, that was a lot of nothing that happened. I then woke up.
