Waking up after about 5 hours sleeping

Hi guys, i just release im always after 5 6 hours sleep or 4 hours waking up for a little bit.
after i go sleep about 23:30 i waking up at about 5 6 7 8 9 almost every hour i waking up..
Its there any way to get a lucid dream by this wakings ups?
I trying canwild technique but i have problem cuz of my wake ups.
3days ago i put my clock on 8 i wake up before 8 myself and moved. yesterday i put my clock at 7 i wake up before 7 and then i put my clock on 6 and tody i wakeup before 6 i cant even try this canwild techinque for once :D
