It's fairly common to occasionally have a "dry spell", where your dream recall inexplicably declines. There can sometimes be a reason for it (waking life stress, poor sleep schedule, etc.), but often it just happens for no reason. It can be incredibly frustrating, but don't get discouraged. Often it just takes time to get out of the slump. So just keep trying your best to journal as much as you can (even if it's just simply writing "No dreams recalled"), and know that you'll eventually come out of the dry spell. |
